Staff Analysis of the Legislation

This legislation creates the Legislative Sunset Advisory Commission to review and evaluate the productivity, efficiency and responsiveness of state agencies. The commission will recommend the elimination, privatization, consolidation, transfer or reorganization of an agency, as well as on the need for continuation of the functions of an agency. |
